Luggage is proud to offer FREE
Ground delivery within the Continental United States on all orders* exceeding
$125. A shipping and handling charge of $9.95 will be added
to any order under $125.
*Free shipping does not apply to TUMI brand products. Click

Shipping rates apply to web orders only. Free
shipping is not available for items purchased in our stores.

In stock items will leave the Robinson Luggage warehouse within 1-2 business
days (Monday-Friday). In fact, many orders will leave our facility the
same day you place your order. We will contact you immediately if we anticipate
a delay in the processing of your order. All orders are carefully packaged
and fully insured. Please
allow 2-6 business days for delivery.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii
There are additional shipping charges associated with delivery to these

to APO/FPO addresses
Due to restrictions on Military Mail, Robinson Luggage does
not ship to APO and FPO addresses.
Expedited Shipping
Robinson Luggage offers Next Day, 2-Day
and Guaranteed 3-Day delivery. Please contact us at 1-800-607-4551
for these shipping options. Expedited delivery charges are based on the
size and weight of the item(s) you are ordering. All expedited orders
should be placed by telephone in order to verify immediate availability
of the item(s) you are considering.

Robinson
Luggage aims to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied. Unused
merchandise in new and perfect condition may be returned as
follows:
- Up
to
30 days from date of purchase for
full credit or refund.
- 31
to 90 Days from date of purchase for store
credit.
Receipt must accompany returns. Personalized or monogrammed merchandise
is not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Procedure for web orders
1. You need to have a Return Merchandize Authorization
number before you can send anything back to Robinson Luggage. To
get a RMA number, contact Robinson Luggage either by phone, 1-800-607-4551
or email info@robinsonluggage.com.
Please include the following information in your email, or have it available
when you call us:
- Your
Name
- Your
Order Number
- A
description of the item you wish to return (brand, model, etc.)
- The
reason for your return

Once we provide you with your RMA number, send the unwanted merchandise
back to us. Make sure you enclose your RMA number and a copy of your invoice.
Please be sure to pre-pay the costs of shipping. Robinson Luggage will
not pay the shipping cost of returned merchandise. (In the unlikely event
that you are returning defective or damaged merchandize, we will credit
your credit card with the cost of shipping after we receive the goods.)

Upon receipt, Robinson Luggage will process your return within seven (7)
business days. Please allow up to 5-6 business
days for the return transaction to appear on your credit card account.
You will receive a return receipt via U.S. Mail for your records.
Web orders may also be returned to any one of our
stores.
Exchange
Procedure
For exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return following the return
procedure above and simply place a new order for the desired product(s)
to enable the most timely receipt of your new item(s).

Sales tax is only charge on orders being shipped to PA
and NJ. 7% sales tax will be applied to these orders.

Robinson Luggage is home to the most respected luggage brands in the world.
Robinson Luggage does not, however, perform repairs, provide warranty
service or provide replacement parts of any kind. If
you find that your luggage requires service, you will need to contact
the manufacturer in order to locate
an authorized part/repair center in your area. If an authorized
repair center is not available in your area, you will be given instructions
on how to send your item(s) in for service. Repairs and service will be
performed under the terms of the product warranty. Feel free to contact
us if you have any questions or if you experience difficulty in obtaining
repairs and service on items purchased from Robinson Luggage.
